My overall average pounds per week lost since 9/2009 = -1.4. After getting back on track in December, 2011, average pounds per week lost = -1.5. I switched over to no sugar/starch/grains in January, 2011. (The prolonged plateau starting July, 2010 followed the death of my mother when my goal was to maintain.)
